These Terms of Use (ToU) define the conditions of access and use of the vskin.gg platform (the Service). By using the Service, the user fully accepts these ToU.

Using the Service implies full acceptance of these ToU. The user acknowledges having read these terms before any use. If the user does not accept them, they must stop using the Service.
Service description
vskin.gg is a platform that lets users showcase virtual items from their Steam inventories and browse offers published by other users. The Service includes personal item showcases, browsing offers between users, and inventory synchronization via the dedicated extension.
User obligations
The user agrees to use the Service as intended, not to interfere with its operation, not to publish unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, and to comply with Steam's terms of use. The user is solely responsible for the information and content they publish.
Intellectual property
All elements composing the Service (text, graphics, logos, code, interface) are the exclusive property of vskin.gg or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, display, or use is strictly prohibited. Names, trademarks, and content related to games and virtual items remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". vskin.gg uses reasonable means to ensure its availability and security but cannot be held liable for interruptions, malfunctions, or data loss resulting in particular from the Steam platform or external causes. The user uses the Service at their own risk.
Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and GDPR. The user has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to vskin.app@gmail.com.
Changes to the ToU
vskin.gg reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable law
These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
